As Catholics of St. Gianna Parish, in communion with our Archbishop, and our Holy Father, the Bishop of Rome, we are called by Jesus Christ to be His body, the Church, in our local community and to fully live the Gospel.
With faith, hope and charity, we strive to live our discipleship by fervent prayer, inspired worship, sound teaching, and sharing our faith with those in physical and spiritual need.

50% Congregation Allowed
In Church At One Time
In Church At One Time
Due to corona virus restrictions, we can only have 50 percent of the normal amount of people in our church at one time. That number allows only about 150 people in our building for each Mass.
Please note that attendance is first come- first allowed in, therefore come to Mass early if you want to guarantee a seat for that Mass in the church. People who show up after the first 150 people are inside will be directed to the Parish Hall for seating until that area is full. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in this situation.

Prevent and Protect STL
The Archdiocese of St. Louis has developed a new system for safe environment compliance called Prevent and Protect STL. Everyone ministering to minors or vulnerable adults or making home visits for SVDP (clergy, employees and volunteers) in the Archdiocese are required and asked to register in the new system before December 31, 2020. This includes those new to service and those who are currently in service. For those who have already attended a Protecting God's Children workshop, your previous training date will transfer to this system. Those new to the service must attend a live Protecting God's Children workshop. Everyone, new to service or currently in service will register for an updated background screening, view two new online training modules on abuse reporting and the Code of Ethical Conduct, and agree to the updated Code of Ethical Conduct.
